Delivery time regulations:
2.1 Delivery time:
NTTEK: Deliveries are made on weekdays from Monday to Friday (except Saturday & Sunday – Holidays and Tet according to regulations) – within Ho Chi Minh City. ViettelPost Express Delivery: Delivery time applies to the working hours of the ViettelPost affiliated unit.
2.2 Standard delivery time:

3. Regulations on checking delivery and receipt of goods:
Aiming for professional transportation quality and maximum protection of customer rights when using NTTEK’s services. We implement a policy to support maximum viewing and checking of goods upon delivery:
Customers must check and sign the “Delivery List” upon receipt, and retain the accompanying “Delivery Note”.
When receiving goods from the delivery staff, customers can open the sealed box to check the goods: device code, serial number, year of manufacture, basic accessories of the machine (see in the datasheet), …
Note: The inspection will not include opening the product’s own seal (affecting the product’s seal, packaging, etc.) or in-depth inspection (plugging in, testing, recording data, etc.).
In case of joint inspection at the Customer’s request, the delivery staff will sign the confirmation on the Delivery Note. If the delivery staff does not comply with the Customer’s request, the Customer may refuse to receive the Product at that time.

4. List of goods prohibited from transport by air is regulated as follows:
